Our policy

For pets

✓ For small pets only – Under 10kg.

✓ To be fully trained and properly restrained by the visitor with a collar.

✓ To be on a leash while in the common areas outside the room

✓ At check-in please present a copy of his/her passport.

✓ Do not leave it unattended.

✓ With the exception of our lobby, entry to the breakfast room, restaurant, swimming pools and wellness areas is not permitted.

For the owners

✓ are responsible for cleaning up the remains of their pet both at all areas of the hotel and in the neighborhood.

✓ Barking should be controlled to ensure quietness and non-disturbance of other guests.

✓ Please contact the reception to define the cleaning time of the room.

✓ They are responsible for all property damage and/or bodily injury resulting from their pet.

✓ They agree to indemnify the hotel and tenants in the event of damage caused by their pet

For the hotel

✓ Reserves the right to charge the guest’s account according to the cost of damages.

✓ Reserves the right to evict guest and pet if hotel policy is not followed.

A secure deposit of 500 Euros is payable on arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay if your room is in the condition, it was prior to your visit. Should we feel a deep clean is needed, or any damage is made to the room, this will be discussed with yourself and charged accordingly.

Pet-Sitting Service is available upon request with a small charge of 30e/ per hour.

Service animals accompanying people with disabilities are always welcome. Pets are cats and dogs only.
